Preparation & Paints
Surface preparation is the key to a successful paint job for both interior and exterior painting. We always do a thorough job to ensure you are satisfied with our work.
Interior
Prior to painting, we prepare the interior walls and surfaces to ensure the proper adhesion of the paint, including:
- Washing
- Hole patching
- Caulking
- Sanding
- Priming
Exterior
We apply primer and two coats of high quality finish paint after preparing the exterior surfaces. This includes:
- Power washing the entire area
- Resetting loose nails
- Caulking all gaps
- Sraping any loose paint
- Thoroughly sanding the surface
If any extra repair work is needed, we will bring it to your attention before proceeding. Depending on the nature of the work needed, we can either take care of it ourselves or refer you to a skilled tradesman.
Paints & Color Consulting
We only use high-quality paint such as Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore. The paints we use are also zero-VOC which are environmentally friendly and without unpleasant odors.
